Mobile SPA Etiquette


Reservations and Cancellations:

Appointment times are accepted Monday – Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate other clients. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% will be charged to your credit or gift card. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist’s time - if we do not receive your cancellation notification we will charge for the full price of the service reserved. We really appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.

For spa parties a deposit of 20% of the total is required to hold the reservation either by check or credit card. An email confirmation will be sent with all the details of your treatment or spa party.

Returned Checks:

If a check is returned by your bank, we will charge a $35 service fee in addition to the fee that is charge by your bank.

Health Conditions:

All treatments are performed on a massage table, chair, or facial table. The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to set up your SpaLean experience. At that time please inform your spa professional of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. We supply all the equipment and products for your spa treatment.

Our Spa professionals take special care in insuring your privacy. All body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. Wear what ever is comfortable for you.

To make your spa treatment more enjoyable, it is recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.

Please advise us, upon booking your reservations of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special circumstances that could affect your services.
