Reservation and Payment Policy:
All Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. For Spa and Event parties reservations can be made by calling 1-888-227-9242.
Payment Method:
When you make your reservation a credit card is required to reserve the appointment. For spa parties we require a 20% deposit to reserve the date.
Your credit card will be billed in full for services 1 day before your appointment.
We accept Master, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit cards. If you need to write a check , we must receive the check before your appointment date at:

Please Note: Our Spa techs will not accept cash for spa services, but will accept a cash gratuity between 15 and 20%.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate another client. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% will be charged to you credit or gift card. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist’s time - if we do not receive your cancellation notification we will charge for the full price of the service reserved. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Spa parties and group events that need to be cancel an advance notice of 72 hours must be made to receive a full refund. When your appointment date has been reserved for your spa party, we will not be able to issue a refund for individual(s) cancelling or fail to show up.
Gratuities:
If you are satisfied with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician. For Spa Parties of 4 or more a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total cost of spa service.
Age Requirement:
Clients must be at least 18 years old. Under 18 supervision by an adult is needed.
